Our concrete furniture is crafted from durable solid concrete. Periodic hairline cracking may occur as the material naturally expands and contracts in response to temperature changes. Please note that this is a natural occurrence and should not be regarded as a flaw in the product.
All our pieces are hand made, slow made. Measurements and finishes may differ slightly to photos due to its materials and hand crafted nature. We love that each piece is unique and we hope you do too.
Care Information:
To care for your beautiful new pieces, we suggest 'less is more' with natural materials like marble, stone and concrete. Please use warm water, and a non- abrasive cloth or sponge and a safe eco-based cleaner that is specifically recommended for ceramic/marble/stone use. Please avoid using any harsh cleaners with acidic substances that will damage and dull the stone.
Delivery Information:
To protect the pieces, they will be sent in wooden crates to ensure safe delivery via transport. Please ensure you have correct tools to safely un-crate your pieces. Our couriers are only able to deliver heavy furniture pieces to front door/entrance only. We cannot deliver up stairs, lifts or anything other than ground floor level. When the items are delivered to your door, we suggest arranging extra help so that you can lift and setup into your desired place. Some items (for example the Marble & concrete dining tables) we suggest 2-6 people to help assemble and lift.

As you can imagine, these items are extremely heavy so please have extra hands on deck to arrange furniture into place.
Our couriers deliver heavy furniture to ground floor entrances only, unable to accommodate stairs or lifts. Extra help is recommended for lifting and assembling, particularly for larger items like marble & concrete dining tables.
Delivery ETA will be provided for coordinating additional assistance. Tables arrive in separate parts, packaged in wooden crates for protection during transport. Customers are responsible for safely un-crating their items and ensuring proper assembly to avoid damage or instability. It's crucial to inspect deliveries upon arrival for any issues, as rectifying problems after the courier leaves may be difficult.

You can also use a specific marble/stone protector spray so that you only need to dust and wipe down with a microfibre cloth when needed. Using coasters and placemats will protect longevity of your pieces.
The concrete and terazzo pieces are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. We suggest that the marble pieces are for indoor use only as cracking, bleaching or staining is a natural occurrence when exposed to the harsh weather elements.
