For unstuck items in our Melbourne Warehouse can be dispatched in 1-3 days from your order being placed.
Our standard lead times are 4-6 weeks for Pre-Order Collections. For custom pieces, made-to-order collections or larger bulk orders, this timeframe may extend to 10-12 weeks. We’ll always provide updates on your order’s progress and delivery schedule.
Yes, we offer samples for most of our product lines. Sample costs are typically billed at wholesale pricing, with shipping costs covered by the buyer. If you proceed with a larger order, we may be able to apply a credit for the cost of the sample.
Yes, of course. Our team will be able to help you with your order measurements, weights, and pickup address so that you can arrange delivery directly with your chosen shipping provider.

Our next shipment will be in November, and this will be our last delivery for 2024. Please use this time to place orders for November arrival to ensure you have stock available for Summer and Christmas trade.
Yes, we offer a 50% deposit option for pre-orders, with the final payment due 1 week before delivery. Please select 'bank transfer' at checkout as your payment option so that you can manually pay the deposit, and we will mark this on your order. We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size, weight, and destination. We offer flexible shipping options, including freight services for larger orders. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer, but we work closely with our partners to secure competitive rates.
