Terms and Conditions for Wholesale and Trade Offer

1. Eligibility

• This offer is available exclusively to registered wholesale and trade accounts with Black Salt Co.
• The offer applies to both the Priority Ordering (Pre-Order) option and the Spend and Save shipping promotion as detailed below.

2. Priority Ordering (Pre-Order)

• Customers can take advantage of the Priority Ordering option, which allows orders to be placed with a 50% deposit.
• The remaining balance will be due upon shipment arrival in November 2024.
• This Pre-Order option does not require full upfront payment, providing flexibility for wholesale clients.
• The Priority Ordering option applies to the collections specified -  Black Salt Co Pre-Orders  and  Hibiscus The Label Collection Pre-Orders

3. Spend and Save (Shipping Offer)

• Black Salt Co. offers a Spend and Save promotion on shipping, allowing wholesale customers to benefit based on the value of their order:
  • Spend over $1,500 and receive 20% off shipping.
  • Spend over $3,000 and receive 30% off shipping.
  • Spend over $5,000 and receive FREE SHIPPING.
• This offer applies to Black Salt Co Pre-Orders and Hibiscus The Label Collection Pre-Orders.
• Shipping discounts apply only to standard shipping rates and do not include any expedited or special delivery requests.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing a Priority Order.
• Full payment for the order must be completed before or upon shipment arrival in November 2024.
• Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.

5. Shipping

• Shipping offers are valid only for orders shipped within the eligible regions specified by Black Salt Co.
• Black Salt Co. reserves the right to adjust shipping rates for international orders or those requiring special handling.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at the time of the order.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Pre-Orders may be canceled or adjusted within 7 days of placing the order for a full refund of the deposit.
• Orders canceled after the 7-day period will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A store credit may be issued, minus a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs, as per the Wholesale Terms and Conditions.
• No refunds or cancellations are permitted after the shipment of goods.
• Cancellations: We do not offer cancellations on pre-orders, made-to-order, and custom items. Once the order is paid, it is final. If we approve the cancellation of your order, excluding pre-orders, made-to-order, and custom goods, we will issue a store credit, minus a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
• Orders that have already been dispatched from our warehouse cannot be canceled or amended.
• We do not allow cancellations due to transport delays. If you experience delays, please email us for assistance. Please note that refunds or credits are not guaranteed.

7. Offer Validity

• This offer is valid for wholesale and trade customers placing orders within the promotional period and is subject to product availability.
• This offer will close Monday 18th November 2024. 
• Black Salt Co. reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer without prior notice.

8. Exclusions

• This promotion is only applicable to the collections Pre-Order Black Salt Co and Pre-Order Hibiscus The Label Collection where inventory has been allocated to online.
• Made-to-Order Collections and Custom Orders are not eligible for this promotion.

9. Miscellaneous

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special pricing agreement unless explicitly stated by Black Salt Co.
• Any disputes regarding this promotion will be handled in accordance with the company's standard wholesale terms and conditions.
