How long is shipping?

Small Items Only:

  • All Small* online orders are shipped with either Australia Post, Sendle (Fastway Couriers)  - unless you are notified by email that it will be shipped via courier.
  • Once payment is received, all orders will be dispatched same day or within 2 business days.
  • Shipping is at a flat rate of $15 Australia Wide for Small Orders Only.
  • For Large* Online orders such as bulky/oversized items, please see next section below. 
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your own delivery via the tracking number provided.
  • We use a registered postal service throughout Australia with tracking from door to door.
  • Signature is required on all deliveries. Please ship your order to an address where someone will be present.
  • Should your parcel not be collected and is returned back to Black Salt Co, the customer is to cover costs of re-postage.
  • Deliveries may take up to 2-5 days, depending on location.
  • If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched please email info@blacksaltco.com so we can follow up.
  • ** To identify which is a Small or Large item, please see specific product description.

Bulky/Oversized Items:

  • Please contact us to arrange a separate shipping quote for your order and allow 2 days for a quote to be sent you. Shipping costs must be paid in full before order can be sent.
  • All Large* Online orders are shipped with either TNT, DHL or a Furniture specific courier with tracking from door to door or in some cases, to your closest depot.
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your own delivery via the tracking number provided.
  • Should your parcel not be collected and is returned back to Black Salt Co, the customer is to cover costs of re-postage.
  • Deliveries may take up to 2-5 days, depending on location.
  • Signature is required on all deliveries. Please ship your order to an address where someone will be present or alternatively can pick up from your nearest spot that we can arrange upon request.

Instore Pick-Up:

  • We have a 'pick-up' option available that you can select at checkout. We will contact you on our opening times that are suitable for pickup.

Do you do International Shipping?

Please contact us via email at info@blacksaltco.com if you would like to order anything from our website and we may be able to provide you with a quote for International shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearances that are relevant to that country. Please note, this is for small items only and excludes oversized/bulky items.

What if I do not receive my order?
