Care Information:

To care for your removable cushion covers, hand wash them in cool or lukewarm water with a mild detergent, gently agitating and scrubbing any spots without twisting the fabric. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then lay flat on a towel to air dry, reshaping while damp. Avoid dry cleaning and direct heat sources to prevent damage. For spills, blot immediately and spot clean with a mild detergent. If needed, iron on a low setting while still slightly damp. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to maintain their quality.

To ensure the longevity of your wicker pieces, we recommend applying a sealer suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. This sealer will not alter the color or stain of your furniture or decor. For the best results, consult a timber professional to choose the most appropriate sealer. Our pieces are finished with a natural oil that may stain fabrics, carpets, and floors, so please handle with care.

Our couriers are only able to deliver heavy furniture pieces to front door/entrance only. We cannot deliver up stairs, lifts or anything other than ground floor level. When the items are delivered to your door, we suggest arranging extra help so that you can lift and setup into your desired place. Our couriers will advise you on delivery ETA.
